Today is one of those days…
THE STORY
…You know the kind; your brain isn’t firing on all cylinders and you’re straight up exhausted? That’s where I’m at right now. Therefore, no story today. Oh, I’ve got plenty of stories, what I don’t have is enough functioning brain cells to put together a coherent sentence.
THE OUTFIT
Several weeks ago I picked up this long camo shirt at the grand opening of H&M. Yes my friends, you read that right. There’s now an actual for reals H&M at our local mall (you know, the one I have to drive 40 minutes to get to). Anyway, because of my ongoing love of camo and my new found affection for long shirts there was no doubt that this was coming home with me. It’s the perfect layering piece; just the right weight to work as a light top layer now when the temperatures are cool and then later under a sweater or blazer when it becomes arctic.
THE TIP
The easiest way to add a little fancy to a basic dressed down look is accessories. One or two statement pieces; for example, a necklace, bracelets, or bag will elevate the look and add some visual interest.

Love your new camo top! I can’t imagine having to drive 40 minutes for a mall, I live about 5 minutes from a pretty decent mall and about another 10 to an amazing mall (I am guessing it’s amazing since there’s always tour buses there dropping tourist off to shop).
Thank you for joining TBT Fashion link up and hope to see you next week.
